You must be willing and able to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks of training. When you are ready to commit we will help you transform your body, mind and soul.
Once you commit yourself, we will assess your current fitness and commitment levels. We will consider your goals and milestones and record where you want to be realistically in a month, two months…etc. (i.e., lose 10 pounds in one month and tone up mid-section). Next, your certified personal trainer will design a fitness program that is specific to your body type and fitness goals. You will be evaluated every six weeks by a Registered Nurse using various tests which serve to measure your progress. These will include body fat tests, blood pressure readings, resting and exercise heart rates, circumference measurements, and weight. Each month as you begin to see results your personal trainer will modify and change the program to prevent plateau.
We offer flexible scheduling and recommend that you train at least three times a week, depending on your goals. We will keep an organized portfolio of your advancement and will motivate you to help meet all of your fitness goals.
