Swimming Instruction

We offer swim instruction, water safety instruction, and water exercise in your home.

Learn proper form and become confident in the water. For all ages. Have your child learn the valuable skill of swimming from an experienced trainer. Jennifer taught many children in the northern Virginia area and they are currently competing on their local swim teams.
